Béatrice French Mini Claw
1912. Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, The French Riviera.
Several years after successfully suing for divorce following 21 years of unhappy marriage, the heiress Béatrice Ephrussi de Rothschild finally moves into her new waterfront mansion. Here she indulged her passion for collecting art, and to ensure her holiday home had surroundings as beautiful as its interior, aggressively dinamited the rocky and exposed promontory to lay the foundations for lush French formal gardens.
On her occasional trips to supervise these monumental landscaping works, we like to imagine Béatrice would have needed a nice few clips to keep her hair from being blown about. A clip such as this one.
Suitable for all hair types. Effective for most hair types in a half-up style, or use 2 or 3 for a chic tousled effect.
